DAY #1

By now, you're probably well into your first day in the 5-DAY RAW FOOD CHALLENGE.  If so, congratulations.  I'm here routing you on!  I remember like it was yesterday when I decided to take responsibility for my own health by making a healthy decision to only eat what helped my body. What we eat really matters!

Lately, I've been eating about 80% raw food and 20% cooked, but I remember when I just was getting started on this health journey.  I was nervous and unprepared, yet determined to make some changes.  So, I get it.   As you step into Day #1, what are you eating?  What questions do you have?  How can I encourage you?
