DAY #3

Welcome to DAY #3.  I've been blown away by the food that you all have been eating and the commitment that you are demonstrating to finish this challenge.  By DAY #3, you are cultivating new habits, rhythms, surprised, optimistic, and hopeful.  I hope you are ecstatic.  You're really doing well.

Keep in mind that if you don't see significant changes in your body, just know that things are happening.  Your body is getting rid of all the bad stuff that zaps your energy, clogs your arteries, and contaminates your blood.  So excited for you!

Ok, so what are you eating today?  What's for breakfast?  What's for lunch?  How was last nights dinner?  Frankly, last night, I was too tired to prepare food so I went to Chopt and ate a huge vegan salad.  For dessert, I made a banana whip (bananas, dates, cinnamon and water) that turned our to be too soupy.  I added raisins, mulberries, chia seeds and goji berries. It was really good.  Try it --- don't use too much water though! ;)
