If you haven’t heard yet, so many people are drinking fresh organic juice for 5 days. Some people are drinking one-two juices per day and others are only drinking juice for the five days. Although it’s the 2nd day, jump in with us… Choose what option works best for you and your lifestyle. Don’t go from one extreme to the other; just do something. Your body will truly thank you.
If you’re saying to yourself, “I don’t have a juicer.” Rest assured that everyone isn’t juicing, although some are. Determine a modest budget and purchase your juice from a trusted grocer. Frankly, given the pace of my week, I’ve been drinking freshly squeezed juice and apple cider mixed together. This works for me and is easy to maintain given my current travel schedule.
Every time you drink fresh juice the nutrition nourishes the cells and tissues in your body. You don’t have to commit to going vegan or giving up your favorite foods.
