A Few Raw Food Recipes

While in the midst of this 15 Day Raw Food and Water Challenge, I want to help you with a few simple raw food recipes.


  • 1 avocado

  • 4 cherry tomatoes

  • red onion

  • olive oil

  • sea salt

  • cumin

Cucumber-Tomato Salad

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 cup of tomato

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp basil

  • sea salt

Mushroom Salad

  • 8 portobello mushrooms (cut in quarters)

  • 1/8 cup of red onion

  • 1/4 cup red pepper

  • 1/4 cup green pepper

  • 1/8 cup carrot

  • 2 tbs of coconut aminos (marinate the mushrooms)

  • 2 tbs of olive oil (add to the mushrooms w/ the coconut aminos)

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • sea salt

  • black pepper
